Please Note:
Our Bloom Bar services include setup, styling, and breakdown within your reserved event time. All fresh florals are carefully curated based on seasonal availability and aesthetic. We kindly ask for a final headcount and theme at least 10 days before your event to ensure proper floral quantities. Travel within 30 miles is included; a $2.50 per mile fee applies beyond that. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking. For outdoor events, please ensure shaded or covered space is available to preserve the freshness of the blooms.

All DIY cart rentals are a 3-hour rental window. Additional time may be arranged in advance for $45 per hour. Fresh flowers are not included unless selected as an add-on. We offer complimentary travel within 30 miles; a travel fee of $2.50 per mile applies beyond that. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged materials. For outdoor events, shade or weather protection must be provided. Full payment is due at booking to secure your date. While bookings are non-refundable, they may be rescheduled with advance notice.n.
