I’m Dominique — a nurse leader by profession, a mom 24/7, and now the heart behind Qora Events, a passion project turned side hustle rooted in love, creativity, and intentional joy.
By day, I lead a dedicated team of nurses. It’s a role I’m incredibly proud of — it’s fulfilling, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. But if I’m being honest, it doesn’t leave much room for creativity. And that’s always been a part of me, too.
I’m a firm believer that life is made in the little moments — a backyard picnic on a sunny Saturday, the soft glow of a balloon arch at a baby shower, the smile when someone sees a table set just for them. I’ve always been the go-to DIY girl in my circle — the one who gets excited about color palettes and who actually enjoys setting up for events. So with a little courage and a lot of heart, Qora Events was born.
